Does ACCS require transcript submissions?

Transcripts are used by your assigned mentor to help develop your personalized 'Academic Action Plan'. ACCS requires that all official transcripts of previous academic work completed must be submitted for evaluation. It is your obligation to request official transcripts from the institutions you have attended, however, ACCS does provide each applicant with a transcript request form to accomplish this task.

What about graduate degree candidates?

Students applying to the graduate degree program must submit an official transcript verifying receipt of a baccalaureate and or master's degree in an applicable degreed program from an approved or accredited institution. You may be admitted provisionally to a graduate program and begin your studies before ACCS has official confirmation of completion of your undergraduate degrees provided this information is received in a timely manner. This means that the registrar must receive all official transcripts and relative information within 60 days after you begin your program.

What credit hours can I expect from the ETCH
(experience-translated-to-credit-hours) program?

Because Urban Religious ministry is replete with pastors, teachers, community leaders, etc., who have thousands of hours of credentialed and ministry service, our academic dean's office and review board have a liberal policy of granting accredited semester credit-hours towards an approved program of study in Urban ministries and biblical studies for worthy degree candidates. Each applicant is provided with a 'statement of credit hours ledger from the academic dean's office within 60 days of their application date.
